My Approach

As a certified EMDR and dance/movement therapist, my approach is rooted in the restorative power of embodiment, mindfulness and a trusted, therapeutic relationship. When there is a pattern of unwanted feelings, beliefs or behaviors developed from past trauma, EMDR is one way we can help change the lasting impact of those experiences. By increasing awareness of those familiar, unwanted patterns, we can more readily access ways of feeling grounded and empowered in our lives. I offer a relaxed, trauma-informed and non-judgmental space to collaboratively expand on the strengths you already possess and shift the patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we can get you unstuck and unlock your natural potential for growth- where you can root into your authentic self with confidence and ease.
